John Zarrella was one of the original founders of AIREO in 1984. He has served on the Board continuously from 1984, and as Co-Chairman from 1990 to 2002. He has also served in all of the officer positions, including President.
John is President and owner of RENTEX Property Management, Inc., specializing in buying and selling wholesale properties to other investors. He has been "enthusiastically" buying, selling, and teaching real estate for over twenty years. |

Shaun McQuistion |

Shaun McQuistion has been an AIREO member since 1992. He served on the
Board
in 1995-1996, and previously as President in 1996-1997.
Shaun is President and owner of Federal Homes Mortgage Analysis, Inc.,
and
Helping Hand Mortgage, Inc. He is also active as a mentoring coach with
www.realestateriches.com.

Curtis Glover joined AIREO in 2003. Curtis is a licensed Realtor and
co-owner with his wife Jill of We Buy Houses DFW, a company that
specializes in wholesale properties for investors. They also rehab
single
family homes.
On meeting nights, you'll find him answering questions, assisting AIREO members at the Courtesy desk, and handling product sales.

Mary Jones joined AIREO in October 2004. As the Co-Director of Logistical support, she manages a variety of duties from maintaining the AIREO database, meeting and event registrations, check-in and meeting room supplies, various administrative tasks, as well as working / troubleshooting the front desk at meetings.

Mike Jones joined AIREO in October 2004. As the Co-Director of Logistical support, he coordinates many of the behind-the-scenes aspects of AIREO meetings and special events including the check-in and meeting room signage, set-up / take down and equipment transportation.

Sharon Collins joined AIREO in 2002, and became the Newsletter Editor in April 2003. In addition to the monthly newsletter, she helps ensure that timely information is distributed to AIREO members through the AIREO website and eblasts. |

Dave Custable has been an active participant in AIREO since 2002. Dave provides various levels of support when special needs and/or projects arise to increase membership or revenue.
Dave and his wife Sherry own TriVAN Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a property acquitistion company, and he actively teaches various real estate techniques. Dave is also the co-founder with James Kearby, CPA, of 1st Consolidated Asset Management, LLC, which raises Equity Capital for real estate investments, Land Development, and provides realty services such as Property Management & Maintenance.

Kristi Sheffy joined AIREO in 2002, and became the Director of Vendor Relations in May 2003. She is a licensed Realtor, and coordinates the AIREO Corporate Sponsors, as well as the monthly Vendor Tables. |

Cheryl Lee joined AIREO in March 2004, and began volunteering in February 2005. She became the Volunteer Coordinator in September 2005, and as such has developed a rotating system of Volunteers for monthly meetings and events. She works the check-in area and troubleshoots related issues during meetings and special events.
